When are you arriving?
IF YOU DO NOT NEED TRANSPORTATION TO OR FROM THE AIRPORT, PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM.
There is an airport shuttle from the Lexington Bluegrass Airport to the conference hotels. Please provide airport information when you register for the conference if you need to be picked up or returned. If you are renting a car at the airport and do not need to be picked up or returned, there is no need to provide airport information. (Should you need to arrive at either the Northern Kentucky-Cincinnati Airport, or the Louisville Airport, we may be able to provide services from these airports, but it is not guaranteed.) Note that the bus service attempts to minimize travel expenses, so you may have to wait a while for other travelers to arrive. Kentucky River Foothills is providing shuttle service from hotels to the conference and to all events during the conference. There is no extra fee for this service, which is included in the registration fee.
In order to set up your shuttle pick up, please let us know when you plan to arrive and depart. Shuttles will be provided by Kentucky River Foothills and will be leaving Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, KY approximately every two (2) hours.
If you need to contact Kentucky River Foothills between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday, please call 859-624-3236.
In order to provide the shuttle schedule online, we need to have your flight information by February 18, 2023, at the latest. We will then pass the information to the shuttle company, who will provide us with a set of times that shuttles will arrive and leave the airport. We will then put that information on the website, so that you will know when you can expect them.
Where to find the Shuttle
The Blue Grass Airport is a small, regional airport. All passengers are directed to the same small baggage claim area, which also has all the car rental offices. Once you have picked up your baggage, there is an exit to the right of the car rental offices. Upon exiting the building, look for a shuttle straight ahead of you or to the right. The shuttle should say "Foothills Express." (If there are few people traveling, the "shuttle" may be a car designated as "Foothills Express".)
